What if you could decide where your state tax dollars go and support our school community at the same time? Amazingly, you are empowered to do so by redirecting your state income taxes through the Georgia GOAL Scholarship Program.

This program is a win-win! You fulfill your state tax obligation while supporting opportunities for families seeking an education aligned with their values and goals. Your participation helps expand access to exceptional educational experiences while strengthening the long-term impact of the school’s mission for current and future families.

Here’s how it works: When you contribute to GOAL, the State of Georgia provides you with a 100% income tax credit. These funds are then used to provide financial aid to eligible students who wish to join our school community.

Tax credit contribution limits for 2027 are as follows:

• Single Filer – up to $2,500
• Married Separate Filer – up to $2,500
• Married Joint Filer – up to $5,000
• Individual Pass-Through Owner – up to $25,000
• C Corp, Trust, or Electing Pass-Through – up to 75% of annual tax liability
• Business that pays insurance premium tax – 75% of annual tax liability, but credit shall not exceed $1 million

This program is in high demand. In fact, in 2026, taxpayer demand outpaced the statewide cap on the first day, resulting in participants receiving only 48% of their requested credit. Thanks to a $30 million cap increase enacted by Georgia’s elected officials this legislative session, we anticipate the 2027 proration could perhaps be closer to 70%, allowing you to expand the opportunity for our school!

To secure your 2027 tax credit, submit your application today at www.goalscholarship.org. Once approved by the Georgia Department of Revenue, you will have until mid-March 2027 to make your contribution. GOAL handles the rest, making the process simple and seamless.
