St. Anne-Pacelli Catholic School is more than a mere physical facility. It is a congregation of many diverse people with one single purpose: to advance the academic and religious education of our children. It is a school that prides itself on its parental, family and community involvement, and offers a number of school programs, activities, events and other opportunities to serve that purpose. Through our Home & School Association and Vikings Booster Club, we have a variety of volunteer opportunities for our parents and grandparents each year.
At St. Anne-Pacelli Catholic School there are many ways for people to get involved! You are able to be participate in our school by volunteering within our classrooms, Vikings Booster Club, Home & School Association, and St. Anne Community Outreach.
Families who receive needs-based tuition assistance are required to contribute 20 hours of volunteer service to the school during the school year in which the assistance is received. A new way to track 2024-2025 volunteer hours is coming soon and will be shared with our families who receive tuition assistance.
You can stay connected with us here or on our Viking Volunteer Facebook Page. Interested in being a Viking volunteer? Check out the opportunities below and click on the photos to sign up to help!
Our Home & School Association supports St. Anne-Pacelli by sponsoring many events throughout the year for parents, students, and teachers. The group also raises funds for school enhancements.

The 2023-2024 school year saw tremendous success for so many of St. Anne-Pacelli Catholic School’s athletic teams! It was a banner year for our Vikings, with five team state championships and 12 members of our Class of 2024 signing letters of intent to continue to play the sports they love in college. Overall, all of our teams and athletes improved, and it's due in part to support provided with gifts of time and treasure to the Vikings Booster Club.
In total, our Booster Club raised $47,981.65 during the 2023-2024 school year. These funds allowed continued support of our student-athletes and coaches. During the last year, the Vikings Booster Club helped provide the following:
New sports apparel and equipment for soccer, swimming and cheerleading
Travel expenses for our wrestling program to attend nationals
Team camp expenses for volleyball
Four new treatment tables for the athletic training room
Sports camera subscription for flag football and soccer
LED lights on Deimel Field
Door security system for The Beck Center
Our new Pacelli Sports website and app
Our Vikings Booster Club supports all levels of athletic teams, beginning with student-athletes in 3rd grade. Each school year, the Vikings Booster Club embarks on a campaign to raise funds to support Pacelli’s athletics program as well as provide volunteer support before, during and after games. Our 2024-2025 fundraising goal is $50,000. Vikings Booster Club memberships are the largest single source of funds raised to support our Viking Athletics program. Our Booster Club memberships come with a variety of benefits, including sports and concession passes, advertising banners, designated parking spaces for home games, and business-promoting announcements during games.
Additionally, the Booster Club's signature event, the Viking Classic Golf Tournament, is a major fundraiser for our sports teams. Last year’s event raised $5,192.54. Save the date for the 6th annual tournament on November 8th at Bull Creek!
We are grateful for your support of our Viking Athletics program!

All volunteers must complete a background check, attend VIRTUS training, and sign the Diocesan Ministerial Code of Conduct and Policy on Prevention of Sexual Abuse of Minors.
VIRTUS training outlines appropriate behavior when dealing with children, and is for the protection of both the adult volunteer and our students.
We love our Grand Vikings! Grandparents are invited to a special Mass and reception in their honor every year, followed by classroom tours. Whether you live close by or far away, we want you to be a part of your grandchild's education!
