Pacelli Flag Football Team Ranked No. 5 in State of Georgia

St. Anne-Pacelli Catholic School's flag football program will begin the 2026 season ranked No. 5 in Georgia in the USA TODAY Sports Georgia High School Flag Football Preseason Rankings, earning statewide recognition as one of the state's elite programs.

The Vikings enter the season as the defending four-time GIAA State Champions, having captured four consecutive state titles - a remarkable achievement that has established St. Anne-Pacelli as one of Georgia's premier flag football programs. The preseason ranking reflects the team's sustained excellence, championship culture, and commitment to success on and off the field.

"This recognition is a testament to the dedication, hard work, and character of our student-athletes and coaching staff," said Athletic Director Calvin Thomas. "Winning four straight state championships is an incredible accomplishment, but our program continues to focus on improving every day and representing our school with excellence."
