New Leadership for Enrollment

New Leadership for Enrollment

St. Anne-Pacelli Catholic School is pleased to announce the appointment of Wendy Henderson as our new Director of Enrollment and Laura Pound as the Assistant Director of Enrollment. They will take the reins from Mrs. Julie Davis, who is retiring at the end of this school year after 16 years of dedicated service in the Director of Admissions role.

Mrs. Henderson is already a familiar face in our community, currently serving as our Media Specialist, where she oversees both the Lower School and High School Media Centers. She has held this position since August 2024.

Before joining Pacelli, Mrs. Henderson served as Magnet Director at Columbus High School. Her career in education also includes 7 years as an academic coach and 16 years as a middle school teacher with the Muscogee County School District. Throughout her career, she has supported school growth by articulating program vision, building strong relationships with parents and community partners, coordinating admissions, and collaborating with school leaders.

Mrs. Henderson’s family is deeply connected to our school community. Her husband, Lance, serves as our Lower School Assistant Principal; her daughter, Emily, is a Pacelli Preschool Assistant; and her grandchildren, Annie and Preston, are current students.

As a member of our Class of 2004, Laura Pound also has a strong connection to our school community. She brings experience in enrollment management for a preschool and kindergarten program in Marietta, Georgia, along with strengths in strategic organization, data analysis, retention growth strategies, and refining operational systems to improve efficiency.

She and her husband have recently moved home to Columbus with their three children, who will be new students at Pacelli in the 2026-2027 school year.

Reflecting on her return to Pacelli, Mrs. Pound shared, “The opportunity to welcome new families into the same environment that shaped me will be both professionally fulfilling and personally meaningful.”

Please join us in congratulating Mrs. Henderson and Mrs. Pound, and thanking Mrs. Davis for her dedicated service to our school.
