New Head Wrestling Coach a Familiar Face

New Head Wrestling Coach a Familiar Face

Carson Paris, a proud Pacelli alumnus from the Class of 1996, is the new Head Wrestling Coach for the St. Anne-Pacelli Catholic School Vikings.

During his time as a student-athlete, Coach Paris was a standout on the mat, earning recognition as a three-time State Placer, two-time Pacelli Invitational Champion, and multiple Regional Champion. He continued his wrestling career at the University of Georgia, where he competed on the club team while earning a bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Early Childhood Education.

Coach Paris brings more than two decades of competitive wrestling experience, along with a Bronze Level USA Wrestling Coaching Certification, to our program. His coaching philosophy centers on discipline, teamwork, and striving for excellence both on and off the mat. In addition to wrestling, he has spent seven years coaching youth soccer, leading teams to multiple championships and developing young athletes into confident competitors.

Beyond athletics, Coach Paris is deeply rooted in our community. He serves as a Realtor, Associate Broker, and Owner at Keller Williams Realty River Cities. He and his wife, Carrie, head coach of Pacelli’s Lady Vikings Dance Team, are proud parents of Emerson and Landon, both students at St. Anne-Pacelli.

Coach Paris will take over for longtime head coach Adrian Anderson, who is retiring from coaching wrestling. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Coach Anderson for his years of dedication to Pacelli Wrestling and the countless student-athletes he has mentored. His impact on the program is immeasurable, and his legacy is highlighted by his recognition in the National Wrestling Coaches Hall of Fame. We are grateful that he will continue to serve our school community as a high school science teacher.

Coach Paris is passionate about giving back to the program that helped shape him and is eager to grow Pacelli Wrestling into something even stronger for future generations.

Please join us in welcoming Coach Carson Paris in his new role and in thanking Coach Adrian Anderson for his outstanding contributions to our wrestling program.
