Month of the Military Child Celebration
April is the Month of the Military Child, and we celebrated in a big way!
Our entire student body gathered at Deimel Field on April 10, 2025, dressed in purple, which symbolizes the unity of all branches of the military.
St. Anne Church Pastor Fr. Scott Winchel, who served six years in the U.S. Marine Corps as a helicopter mechanic before becoming a priest, led us in prayerprior to our Cub Scouts’ presentation of the colors and the beautiful singing of the National Anthem by Pacelli senior Dixie Lynn Silver.
Then, it was time for spirited relays and challenges between military parents and military kids. And yes, our kids took the win!
