May Crowning
May Is the Month of Mary!
Our high school community gathered in prayer and reverence on May 1st for our annual May Crowning, honoring the Blessed Virgin Mary as the Queen of Heaven and Mother of the Church.
Students participated in a beautiful procession from St. Anne Church to our Mother of Mercy Courtyard where senior Caitlyn Quaale had the special honor of placing a crown of flowers upon Mary’s statue.
May this tradition continue to inspire us to follow Mary’s example of faith, humility, and love.
Our Lower School May Crowning will take place May 13th.
“O Mary, we crown thee with blossoms today, Queen of the Angels, Queen of the May.”
