7 More Pacelli Seniors Sign to Play Sports in College

"It’s a Great Day to Be A Viking" at St. Anne-Pacelli Catholic School as we proudly celebrate seven outstanding members of the Class of 2026 who have committed to continuing their athletic careers at the collegiate level.

These student-athletes have demonstrated exceptional dedication, discipline, and passion both in the classroom and in competition. Their commitment to excellence has earned them the opportunity to take the next step in their athletic and academic journeys.

We are proud to recognize the following students on their achievements:

  • Sophia Chervenak – Wrestling, Randolph College
  • Valerie Garcia – Softball, Huntingdon College
  • Shur’Kiyah “KK” Jackson – Flag Football, Point University
  • Matthew Melvin – Basketball, Allen University
  • Courtland Pellegrino – Swimming, King University
  • Tanner Pickering – Football, Shorter University
  • Mikehi Williams – Basketball, Cornell University

They join classmate Isabella Ramos, who signed to play soccer at the University of North Georgia earlier this school year.

Each of these Vikings has left a lasting mark on Pacelli athletics, and their hard work has set a strong foundation for success at the next level. Their achievements are a testament to their perseverance, the support of their families, and the guidance of their coaches and teachers.

The entire Pacelli community is proud of these student-athletes and looks forward to following their continued success in college and beyond. Once A Viking, Always A Viking...your Pacelli family will be cheering you on every step of the way.
