Get Cooking!
High School Principal Carolyn Brewster talks about our Get Cooking campaign to improve the equipment and efficiency in our school's two kitchens in this VTV interview with Dave Platta.
St. Anne-Pacelli Catholic School is embarking on a $150,000 fundraising campaign to improve the equipment and efficiency in its two kitchens. We are grateful to our initial anonymous donors for kickstarting the campaign with a $50,000 donation!
The school’s kitchens were built in the early-1990s making the current equipment used to prepare meals 30 years old. Adding more powerful and efficient equipment will improve the production flow from delivery to service. Our middle and high school students currently wait up to 20-25 minutes to move through the service line to get their meals — which leaves them with only 5-10 minutes in the half-hour lunch period to sit down and eat. The planned renovations will improve the food service flow, decreasing wait times for students. Please consider supporting this project that will benefit all of our Vikings! |
If you wish to make your donation by cash or check, you can do so in our main school office, open Monday-Friday when school is in session from 7:30 a.m. until 4 p.m., or by by mail to:
