Building on Tradition - A Vision for the Future
Dear St. Anne-Pacelli Catholic School Families,
Exciting changes took place this summer across our campus, and we are so excited to start this new school year! Our PK4-2nd grades have moved to Mercy Hall; our 3rd-5th grades have moved to Harrison Hall; and, our 6th-8th grades have moved to Deimel Hall. Our high school classrooms also moved so subject-area teachers are located in the same area. In addition to relocating classrooms, we moved lockers; swapped white boards for interactive projectors; renovated all restrooms; replacing water fountains; upgraded hallway lighting; painted the entire interior of the school; stripped and waxed classroom and hallway floors; replaced rectory and school roofs; added several new air conditioning units campus-wide; upgraded technology, to include better Wi-Fi reception; and, purchased a new custom-wrapped Blue Bird school bus which arrived this winter!
At the close of our first year of our three year capital campaign, we realize we have truly been blessed by the generosity of over 400 donors who have given over $5.5 million. These improvements would not have been possible without them! Of the 400 donors, 67 are St. Anne-Pacelli Catholic School families, 14 are faculty and staff, 26 are Grand Vikings, and 28 alumni or alumni parents.
We still have so much to do to enhance and grow our school! We will be adding an early learning center; a new athletic facility, which will incorporate a football/soccer field, a new field house, concession stands, bleachers, and bathrooms; a baseball complex; a softball complex; and practice fields. After all these enhancements have been completed, our school will have a generous endowment for a scholarship fund! But, in order to complete these exciting and necessary projects we MUST reach our $7 million goal. Will you please consider investing in the future of St. Anne-Pacelli Catholic School by making a gift to this very important capital campaign?
Through your generosity and the generosity of others, your child and every St. Anne-Pacelli Catholic School student will benefit from the gifts we receive. Every dollar counts! As we remain committed to your student’s spiritual, intellectual, and physical development, we thank you for entrusting them to our care!
We sincerely thank you for the support you offer to our school and to our capital campaign!
It’s a Great Day to Be a Viking!
With a grateful heart,
President & High School Principal
